Some patients seek aesthetic dental treatment to address particular aspects of their smile they would like to improve. Comprehensive Smile Design involves careful assessment of the balance of aesthetics, function and oral health to determine the most appropriate options.
At Iconic Dentistry, your Smile Design begins with careful planning and a detailed assessment of your individual features. We take the time to understand your goals and preferences before evaluating factors such as facial proportions, smile dynamics, lip position, gum contours, and tooth shape and colour.
Digital planning tools, including Digital Smile Design, may be used to help visualise different treatment possibilities and assist in developing a personalised treatment plan. This allows patients to better understand the potential options available and how different approaches may influence the overall outcome.

Following your Smile Design assessment, a personalised treatment plan will be developed based on your individual goals, oral health and functional considerations. Depending on yhour needs, treatment may involve one or several procedures including: porcelain veneers, ceramic restorations, clear aligners, gum lift, teeth whitening or cosmetic bonding.
Because the appearance of a smile is closely related to surrounding facial features, treatment planning may also consider aspects of the lips and facial framework. Where appropriate, patients may choose to combine dental treatment with non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments offered at our clinic.

As with all dental procedures, suitability for treatment varies between individuals. Results vary from person to person. These images are indicative only and reflect the early results for this patient. Aesthetic dental treatment is a serious decision. A smile makeover may involve multiple treatment modalities. More information about the risks, benefits and recovery of each procedure is available following an in-person consultation.
