Our clinic has always placed the health and well-being of our patients as our first priority. With the increasing spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the decision with a heavy heart to restrict all non-essential clinical treatments from today (Tuesday 24th March 2020).
We believe that we must do our part to minimise the spread of the virus throughout the community. Due to the intimate nature of our work we have concluded that the best way to do this is to cease clinical treatments effective immediately. Much thought and consideration have been given to this decision. Though this may cause inconvenience to our patients, as well as economic hardship to our team, we feel that preservation of the health of our community is what truly matters.
To Anyone That Has Existing Appointments
Please note that all future bookings are now cancelled, and we will be contacting each of you individually by phone. Our apologies if this communication reaches you before our direct contact.
Our clinic is NOT closed. In fact, our staff will still be there undergoing training and improving our processes so that we will be better than ever once we have normality again. We can be contacted by phone, email, and social media (Instagram and Facebook) if you have any concerns.
We will contact you individually for continuation of treatment when circumstances allow.
To Our Dentistry Patients
We will still be available for any emergency or urgent dental treatment during normal clinical hours. If you have any concerns at all please don’t hesitate to call us. We will be available for video facetime consultations if required.
